Over the weekend I attended the Groundwater Country Music Festival which is a free event at the Gold Coast. I’d been feeling a bit queazy for most of the weekend so I was looking for something light to eat while we were watching the bands.
So all the restaurants in the main mall do that thing where they display their menu on the side walk, which is a fantastic idea to check if it’s a suitable venue to eat.
We found Harajuka Gyoza and I noticed a few little GF symbols next to a few menu items and then I saw gluten free gyoza (dumplings/pot stickers). Perfect!
I asked my round of questions to the waiter and I was confident that my cross contamination concerns were validated.
There’s quite a few options on their menu that are gluten free including pork gyoza, chicken terriyaki bowl, fries and the rainbow cake.
The gyoza was a good price at 5 for $10.00 and they supplied gluten free soy sauce as well. Everything was in separate containers and sooooo yummy.
I would definately recommend!
