MUMMA’S GLUTEN FREE CLUB SANDWICH
If you are looking for an interesting lunch idea that everyone, including the kids, will love then look no further! This classic never goes out of fashion. With its delicious layers of juicy chicken, crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce and tomato, fresh avocado and creamy mayonnaise, there’s everything to love!
Now that we have a great selection of Gluten Free bread available to us that no longer taste like a dried newspaper, it has become fun to recreate some of my “before diagnosis” favourites…..The Gluten Free Mumma style.
This is a really simple recipe to make for any time of day or night.
YOU WILL NEED
Note: the chicken works best if it is steamed. I use my Tupperware steamer and it comes out perfectly. I’m also a Tupperware lady for those that don’t know, so happy to help you out if you want one.
