Quick and Easy Gluten Free Oat Waffles

When it comes to waffles I think we all want the same thing, light, whole grain, crisp-on-the-outside, fluffy on the inside, you know, just plain and simply yummy WAFFLES. What we don’t want is soggy waffles they’re not allowed in my kitchen! Ok, for even more great news they freeze well so you can pop them in the toaster like when ever you have that craving. So what are you waiting for start making our Quick and Easy Gluten Free Oat Waffles!


  • 1 ½ cups (128 grams) oat flour, certified gluten free
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon, optional
  • ¾ cup room temperature milk of choice (light coconut milk, nut milk, cow’s milk)
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
